5 miles...very tough...much more strenuous than I thought going into it

had to pound out some seriously hard uphill miles (walk, jog)

very fast downhill, had to beat the sunset

rocky, rooty, muddy, beautiful

awesome...threw the stick and then raced the dog to it for about 20 minutes

then did some bouldering above the river...never a better fall than into a nice cool pool
